Development Summary

This $47.5 million, 253,815 square foot senior continuum care community has 229 apartments on seven levels, including 145 studio, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom independent and assisted living apartments. A memory care neighborhood will feature 84 apartment homes. 

Like other senior housing with services communities developed by Lifestyle Communities, we seek partners/owners and operators who wish to expand their footprint in seniors housing with services market niche.

Lifestyle Communities of Florida, LLC, is the sole member of a newly formed single asset entity called Grand Legacy Holdings, LLC. Final approvals by Development Arm of Lee county have been obtained in August 2012. The Seasons at Grand Legacy, has been designed based on the fundamentals of our previous pre-development of two other "Seasons" properties in Minnesota that include independent housing with services, memory care and care suites, with no large up-front "entrance fee," only a fair market rental rate on a monthly basis allowing the consumers to save their capital, and only pay for the level of service which is needed or required.
